A succesful Career Day in 2009!
Career day was a success! We ended up with right around 50 students. The day was chilly and windy, but we managed to miss the rain for the most part. Dr. Merry and Dr. McAvoy gave great presentations and the students were asking good questions. Thanks to Beth Meek for organizing it all.

Civil Engineering Career Day - 2009
The Central Ohio Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), The Ohio State University, and Ohio University are sponsoring a "Civil Engineering Career Day". The purpose of the program is to expose high school juniors to the profession in hopes that they may consider civil engineering as a career. In the past, the program has received national recognition from ASCE for the excellent exposure that the students and community receive as part of the program. This year the program will take place April 21, 2009.
